What it does

It prevents double booking of expensive test resources, provides real-time availability overviews, centralizes the booking process, allows reservation and cancellation, supports plannable maintenance windows for resources, and last but not least dashboards, reports and calendar views to visualize the utilization, availability and downtimes of individual resources over the year.
It gives labs and validation teams a single booking workflow tied directly to project and test context in Codebeamer. Resource calendars, reservation history, and maintenance windows remain visible in one place, improving utilization planning.
